Proposals to modify an existing approved section 60 major works (or standard) application require a Modification of Approval request.
Heritage Management System is coming! Soon you will able to lodge, pay and track these applications online. However there will be a two week transition period when we transfer over to the new system and we won't be able to receive applications during that time. Check the HMS page for more information and updates as the go live date approaches.
A Modification of Approval can only be submitted by the original applicant of the major works (or standard) section 60 application.
Reasons for modification of a major works (or standard) section 60 approval may include, but are not limited to:
- minor corrections
- additional work.
A section 60 fast track works approval cannot be modified.
