The Heritage Near Me Green Energy grants program supported energy efficiency projects for heritage items listed on a local council’s Local Environment Plan or the State Heritage Register. This program recognised that energy efficiency can be more difficult to achieve for heritage items because of a building’s age, materials, type of construction, size, shape and site orientation.
The following projects were approved by the NSW Government through the Heritage Near Me incentives program from 2017-2019.
Note: The 4-year Heritage Near Me program ended in June 2019. There are no longer any grants available under this program. Check the list of other grant funding opportunities.
