The Heritage Near Me Activation Grants program supported projects that actively increased community interaction and participation with publicly accessible heritage items listed in a local council’s Local Environmental Plan (LEP). This program recognised the importance of activating local heritage spaces and precincts to conserve their heritage significance.
The following projects were approved by the NSW Government through the Heritage Near Me incentives program from 2016-2019.
