Local Members of Parliament and Members of the Legislative Council are putting the call out to their communities to provide suggestions on sites which represent a significant story, person or event.
Local Members of Parliament (MPs) and Members of the Legislative Council (MLCs) will be asking their communities to provide suggestions on sites which represent a significant story, person or event.
The selected Blue Plaques and digital stories will recognise key sites and encourage people to explore their neighbourhood and other parts of NSW, connecting with fascinating people, historical events and stories that have shaped our state.
MPs and MLCs will have until 31 October 2021 to submit their nominations to Heritage NSW for consideration. Send them your ideas as soon as possible!
See more information on the Blue Plaques page.
