Notice is hereby given that an application has been received to carry out development at the property known as Prince Henry Site , 1430 Anzac Parade, Little Bay, Randwick being part of the land which is listed on the State Heritage Register (SHR Listing No 01651) made under the Heritage Act, 1977.

Applicant: Little Bay South 1 Pty Ltd

Proposal: Adaptive re-use of Flowers Wards 2, 4, 5 and 6 comprising 56 residential dwellings with surface car parking for 24 cars and landscaping and strata subdivision.

Public notice of the development application is being given in accordance with Section 61 of the Heritage Act 1977. The Heritage Council invites written representations regarding the proposal. Submissions are to be forwarded by close of business to the address below within 21 days, until 25 Nov 09 .
