What can the walls tell us?


Heritage places tell us stories about our past and cultural heritage. In fact, the place itself is like a three-dimensional "document" - a source of information in bricks and mortar! Learning to read a building or place is an important skill as it provides an accurate record of what actually happened. Sometimes the fabric of a place can tell us information that is not found in other sources.
