| Statement of Significance |
Restored by Council and placed outside Boot Factory in Spring Street. This one marked Bubb and Son Victoria Foundry Sydney. A similar receiver (slightly different around the base) is listed in the Bondi Junction Heritage Study of 1987 item Ne.St.2 and is dated to the 1880's-1890's. This one is presumably the one listed by Dowd as fixed at the corner of Ebley Street and Denison Street in December 1887.
