| Statement of Significance |
Good 1920's style public school building, essentially intact. Local community interest and part of the Bondi Beach townscape. Traditional and more recent planting of landscape interest. Local significance. Four semi-mature Norfolk Island pines planted about 1965. Other native and exotic species planted from about 1975, in more naturalistic style of recent period. The pines, somewhat protected from the polluted sea winds, appear to be in good condition. They are likely to become quite significant if future pollution problems from sea winds are overcome, as seems possible.
