Very good grouping of Inter-War Bungalows, clearly defined by surrounding cliff faces. Example of a street which developed in a very short space of time, in contrast to surrounding area. Consistent and little changed since. Roof forms and materials important in views from nearby vantage points. Local significance.

| Physical Description: |
Good grouping of late 1920's Bungalows. Surrounding stone cliff faces clearly define the grouping. Consistency of roof shapes and terra cotta roof tiles, particularly noticeable from vantage points nearby. Most double gabled, with colonettes and brick piers to flat roofed porches. Dark brick with stone foundations. Some alterations, including painting/rendering of brick, and porch enclosures. Overall consistency and integrity is good. No. 1 is best preserved in the group (see separate listing form). |
