Description
Construction Years: 1915 - 1945
Physical Description: Good grouping of late 1920's Bungalows. Surrounding stone cliff faces clearly define the grouping. Consistency of roof shapes and terra cotta roof tiles, particularly noticeable from vantage points nearby. Most double gabled, with colonettes and brick piers to flat roofed porches. Dark brick with stone foundations. Some alterations, including painting/rendering of brick, and porch enclosures. Overall consistency and integrity is good. No. 1 is best preserved in the group (see separate listing form).
Current Use: Dwelling houses
Former Use: Dwelling houses

History
Historical Notes: The houses on Yenda Avenue were all developed around the same time. Set in what appears to be a former quarry.
