| Physical Description: |
Intact Inter-War Bungalow, c. 1930. Dark brick with rusticated stone foundation. Terra cotta tiled roof. Double gable with flat roofed porch. Supported by colonettes above brick piers. Original leadlight glazing and timber detailing to windows and door. Good garden with steps in front. House is elevated above roadway on a platform below Blenheim Lane. Excellent brick fence and retaining wall with roughcast infill. |
