| Physical Description: |
Good Federation Bungalow style, probably c. 1920. Wide gable at front with small verandah. Arched entry comes under gable. Terra cotta tiled roof. Dichromatic, tuckpointed brickwork, incorporating decorative shaped bricks. Pebbledash to gable extends down to line of window skylights. Good timber decoration to gable and verandah. Excellent bay. Front door with leadlight sidelights and skylight. Original picket fence. Tall brick and pebbledash chimneys. |
