| Statement of Significance |
Fine example of a freestanding, Late Victorian terrace design. Built to take advantage of the commanding ocean views, as its name proudly proclaims. One of the area's first houses and one of the best preserved. Local significance.

| Physical Description: |
Freestanding Victorian terrace, c. 1890. Little altered but needs some maintenance. Good stucco mouldings, especially to outstanding parapet. Lacework balcony balustrade and matching fence. Bullnosed balcony roof. French doors upstairs. Original door and double hung windows downstairs. |
