| Statement of Significance |
Excellent, late nineteenth century example of a traditional Georgian, timber home. Social, historical and aesthetic interest. Would have been one of the first houses in the Bronte area and remains one of the best in the district. Fine lines and neat detailing exceptional for a timber dwelling. Possibly the work of its first occupant, a carpenter by trade. Essentially intact and well maintained. High local significance.
