Statement of Significance

Good example of a Federation terrace, displaying some excellent decorative work. This style of housing was the exception in the period and few good examples survive. Forms a good pair with No. 33. Local significance.

Description
Construction Years: 1890 - 1915
Physical Description: Freestanding early twentieth century terrace. In excellent condition except for painting of bricks upstairs. Original dichromatic brickwork downstairs. Convex curved verandah roof with outstanding parapet above. Excellent iron lace decoration, palisade fence, and coloured glass panes to double hung windows downstairs.
