Despite some substantial alterations, this building survives as one of the area's notable Late Victorian villas. Special historic interest for its connection with JH Newman of "Llandaff". Local significance.

| Physical Description: |
Former Victorian villa, substantially altered. Best surviving feature is square tower with original mouldings. Located over original entrance. Canted bay on one side with double verandah on the other. Verandah now fully replaced. Further compromised by additions. Nevertheless, original form and design still evident and some detail retained. |
