Statement of Significance

A very good, narrow fronted example of the Federation style. Essentially intact. Local significance.

Description
Construction Years: 1890 - 1915
Physical Description: Narrow fronted, Federation style cottage. Complex slate roof, continuing down over verandah. Tuckpointed face brick. Decorative gablet above bay to verandah. Grooved verandah posts with simple brackets. Double hung windows possibly reglazed. Heavy moulded sills. Arched recessed doorway. In excellent condition. Let down only by car port.
