Good, Federation example of a traditional weatherboard cottage. Essentially intact. Part of an historic grouping on Esabella and Blenheim Streets, associated with the original Pearce brothers' holding. Local significance.

| Physical Description: |
Good Federation style timber cottage. Symmetrical design. Gambrelled, corrugated iron roof with skillion verandah. Iron lace brackets and trim. Horizontal lapped boarding. Paired double hung windows on either side of main door. Spoiled by window grilles, replacement balustrade and other minor alterations, but original fabric essentially intact. Fence replaced. |
