Good, essentially intact example of a narrow fronted, Federation brick cottage. Of special note for its excellent detailing and some fine individual features. Local significance.

| Physical Description: |
Very good, narrow fronted, Federation style. Dark brick with decorative pebbledash gable. Excellent timber verandah with paired, grooved posts and arched valances. Attractively carved pieces to balustrade. Full height, double hung window with sidelights. Recessed entry to door. Raised basement, now roughcast. Original tiled steps of special note. Intact except for concrete roof tiles and replacement fence. |
