| Physical Description: |
Very good Federation cottage. Standard asymmetrical form. Tuckpointed brick. Verandah roof continuous with main roof. Marseilles tiles with ridge capping. Outstanding flying gable over canted bay. Decorated in timber and roughcast. Leadlight sash windows (not original?) with moulded sills. Turned timber verandah posts. Decoration lost to frieze? Also of note is end glazing to verandah, in multi-paned coloured glass. Minor alterations only. Brick fence is sympathetic if not original. |
