Part of the hospital group and fitting in reasonably well with the older buildings nearby. Good, late example of the Federation bungalow style. Local significance.

Description
Construction Years: 1915 - 1945
Physical Description: Late Federation bungalow style. Brick with tiled roof, probably c. 1920. Complex plan and roof form. Large gabled projection at front. Decoration generally restrained. Patterned roughcast gable. Roof retiled but no other major alterations apparent.
Further Information: Reasons for listing: Architectural; aesthetic; group value.
Current Use: Hospital residence.
Former Use: Hospital residence.
