Description
Construction Years: 1915 - 1945
Physical Description: Good Federation bungalow c. 1915. Variation on standard asymmetrical type. Gable over verandah rather than side projection. Brick construction with tilie roof. Attractive timber decoration to verandah and gable. Good windows with small coloured panes. Original fence. Little altered.
Further Information: Reasons for listing: Architectural; aesthetic.
Current Use: Dwelling house.
